STEMACT Hotel Reservation and Registration

 

This page only applies to those who are NEITHER invited participants NOR lead authors of accepted proposals.

 

1. Hotel Reservation

Make your reservations by calling the hotel at 1-800-222-TREE or 1-703-416-4100. Tell the operator that you are attending the “STEM-ACT Conference”, which is the reservation code, at the Crystal City Doubletree Hotel. Be sure to cancel in advance if for any reason you find that you will not be able to attend or you will be billed for one night. Reservations must be made by April 5 to get the special conference room rate of $129 + tax per night for 1 or 2 people.

2. Online Registration

 

The workshop registration fee is $400. This covers all meals and breaks from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. It also includes all conference materials and proceedings. You can pay by a check payable to the University of Massachusetts or by credit card. Purchase orders cannot be accepted.
